Question 1

What does Bylott Solutions do?

Accepted Answer

We help people and businesses make better decisions about money. That covers personal financial advice, investment consulting, business financial planning, portfolio reviews, second opinions on big decisions, and ongoing support to keep a plan on track.

Question 2

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Salaried professionals, families, business owners, first-time investors and organisations. Most of our clients are in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Ogun State, and we work with people elsewhere online.

Question 3

Do I need a lot of money to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. Some of the most useful sessions we run are with people who feel stretched. Good decisions matter at every income level, and we'll keep our suggestions realistic for yours.

Question 4

Where should I start if I'm not sure what I need?

Accepted Answer

Most people start with the financial clarity session. It gives us both a full picture, and if you need something more specific afterwards, we'll tell you honestly.

Question 5

How do I book a consultation?

Accepted Answer

Use the booking form, send us a message on WhatsApp or call. Tell us roughly what you'd like to talk about and when suits you, and we'll confirm a time.

Question 6

Can we meet online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions can be in person or by video call, whichever works better for you. Just let us know your preference when you book.

Question 7

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

A rough idea of your income, regular expenses, savings and any debts. If you're investing already, a list of what you hold is useful. We'll send a short questionnaire beforehand so nothing important gets missed.

Question 8

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

That's fine. Give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone, email or WhatsApp and we'll find another time.

Question 9

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

The financial clarity session is ₦50,000 and the investment strategy review is ₦100,000. Business planning and ongoing support are priced after a first conversation, once we understand the scope. You'll always know the fee before anything starts.

Question 10

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online through Paystack or Flutterwave, which accept debit and credit cards, bank transfer and USSD. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.

Question 11

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a payment confirmation by email. We'll then contact you within one working day to agree a date and send the pre-session questionnaire.

Question 12

Do you guarantee returns?

Accepted Answer

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. All investments carry risk. Our job is to help you understand that risk and make choices that fit your goals.

Question 13

Do you invest or hold money on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

No. We advise and help you plan. Your money stays in your own accounts with the banks, fund managers or brokers you choose.

Question 14

How can I tell if an investment is legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Check that the company is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Nigeria), ask exactly how returns are made, and be very cautious of fixed high monthly returns or pressure to recruit others. If in doubt, bring it to us before you pay anything.

Question 15

Is what I share kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. What you tell us is used only to advise you. We don't discuss your affairs with anyone else without your permission.

Question 16

Do you share or sell my details?

Accepted Answer

Never. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
