Our services
We provide financial guidance, investment consulting and business financial planning. We don't hold, manage or invest money on your behalf, and we don't sell investment products. Any decision to act on our advice is yours.
Bookings
After you pay for a package, we'll contact you within one working day to agree a date and time. Sessions can take place in person or online.
Payments
Prices are shown in naira and include any processing fees. Payments are handled securely by Paystack or Flutterwave, and their own terms also apply to the payment.
Rescheduling and refunds
- You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you cancel before your session has been scheduled, we'll refund you in full.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't attend, the session may be treated as used.
- Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 10 working days.
Your information
Our advice depends on the information you give us. Please make sure it's accurate and complete, and tell us if anything changes. We treat what you share as confidential, as described in our privacy policy.
Limits of our responsibility
We give our advice with care and skill, but we can't guarantee any financial outcome. Investments can fall as well as rise. We aren't responsible for losses resulting from decisions you make, or from information you didn't share with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
